    We are having the exact same problem. I called this morning and gave up waiting on the phone for support after 20 minutes. Opened a ticket this morning and I have yet to hear from them. I feel like we flushed $1200.00 down the drain.

    I think you have to send the MIB to support@solarwinds.com . They compile and package it to put it in the MIB db later. I bet the turnaround would be faster if you've paid for the software.

    I don't think there is a tool so we can compile our own MIBs. I think you have to send the MIB to support@solarwinds.com . They package it and put it in the db later.
