Mister Geek, I really enjoyed the video as it conveyed the message in an interactive manner!  The video reminded me of a checklist for network troubleshooting that I had created some time ago.  After seeing your video I was inspired to convert it into a podcast.  Being an amateur at this, it took six attempts before I just said, sod it and published it.  The podcast is at thinkingproblemmanagement.blogspot.com/.../network-troubleshooting-checklist.html

When I created the checklist, I did not reference the checks to tool sets (which might be an interesting challenge.)
